Shopping
1. Go to the product information page for the item that you would like to purchase, and select "Put in cart" . Then, you will see your purchase invoice. Select "Continue shopping" or "Proceed to payment" .
2. Change quantity:
 In the purchase invoice, you can see the products you purchased, quantities and amounts. You can change the quantities on this page directly. Please remember to press the button "Change quantity" .
3. Cancel products:
 If you would like to cancel a certain item, please change the quantity to “0”, and press the "Change quantity" button. The item will be canceled.
4. Continue shopping:
 If you would like to continue shopping, please press the "Continue shopping" button.
5. Proceed to check out:
 After you have finalized the merchandise and quantities, please select "Proceed to check out" .

How to use the search engine
Loving Food website can provide a full range of searches for the merchandise you are looking for. You may enter the merchandise name to search for it.

Payment methods
Loving Food website offers the following payment methods:
A. Orders Outside of Formosa
Only credit card payment can be accepted, and only secured delivery method is used. The shipping charge is paid by the customer.

B. Formosan Orders
By ATM transfer or bank wire. You are responsible for the shipping charge.

‧Please note that when you have completed the whole shopping process, the system will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail address automatically. Please check if your order information and bank account number are correct.If you have not received the order confirmation e-mail in 12 hours, please contact the Customer Service. Please go to an ATM machine to transfer fund, or to a bank to wire the fund within 7 days after you place the order online. You will need to pay for the transfer or wire fee.

ATM transfer payment procedures:
1 . Please select the transfer function
2 . Enter bank number
3 . Enter account number
4 . Enter the amount from the order
Your order will be processed after you have completed the ATM transfer or bank wire.

★ Please note: In order for you to receive the merchandise as soon as possible after making the payment, you can fax the transfer confirmation to us at 037-724-065. Please write down the order number and the customer name. We will process your order in the shortest time possible.

Please transfer your payment within 7 days. The order will be processed after receiving your payment. You will need to pay for the transfer or wire fee.
‧Please note: Orders outside of Formosa can only be paid by credit cards. We will process your order upon receipt of your payment.

Shipping Method

A. Formosan Orders
Home delivery: Your order will be delivered to your shipping address by courier service within 5-7 days of your receipt of the shipping notice.
★ Please note:
1. Please make sure that there will be someone to receive the merchandise at the shipping address. If the courier has made three delivery attempts without success, your order will be returned to us, and you will need to place a new order. (Your prior payment will be refunded to you after we have received the returned products.)
2. As a reminder, if you use a P.O. box as your shipping address, the courier will normally gather all their packages and deliver them in bulk at the post office by certified mail. This process could add some delay to the delivery.
3. After receiving the products, if you would like to return them, please follow the return/exchange procedures.
4. The receipt is enclosed in the package (Inside the envelope. Please check carefully.)
5. If natural disasters or other unavoidable factors have caused your inability to receive the products in a timely manner, please contact our customer service representatives as soon as possible to avoid loss of claim rights.
6. 6. If you do not receive your delivery, please call (037) 723-886immediately, or e-mal ervice@lovingfood.com.tw to inform us. Customer service representatives will assist you as soon as possible.
B. Orders Outside of Formosa
We will use appropriate delivery service to deliver to the address you indicated. You will receive the products 7~14 business days after receiving the shipping notice, depending on which country you reside in.

Instructions for Returning Products

Return Policy
The merchandise is guaranteed for return or exchange within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise. After 7 days, it’s considered you have examined and accepted the products. The 7 days are counted from the date of the postmark.

Exchange Terms
Products are defective, or are damaged during the shipping and delivery processes.

Exchange Method
Please put the products and invoice back in the original package and send it back to us. After we confirm the defect, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Please read the product descriptions and specifications carefully. We do not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Merchandise has been opened and used.
2. Merchandise has no defect or damage.
3. You made a mistake in ordering the wrong product.
